SMAA Kyoju Dairi
SMAA Kyoju Dairi (regional
leaders of the martial arts) are authorized to recommend promotions,
certifications, etc. as they see fit within the association.
All appointments are for the
period of one year and each Kyoju Dairi will officially assume their position on
May 1 of each year, which is the anniversary of the SMAA. These Senior Leaders
may at any time oversee or become involved as necessary in the operations of our
subordinates and are encouraged to do the so if they feel their input could lead
to a more satisfactory result with regard to a given project, evaluation, event,
etc.
These
appointments are based on the past actions of the individual appointees, as all
future appointments will be. Those who distinguish themselves through their
actions and commitment to the martial arts and the SMAA will be among the
highest leaders in the martial arts. Those who fail to perform as required will
be replaced.
